Meet the team

I’m Liam Baker, a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training on the BASES SEPAR pathway, with a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology.

I’ve worked with athletes across a range of sports, including football, rowing, rugby, netball, and wild water paddling, supporting individuals at different stages of their development.

I work with athletes in 1-to-1 settings, helping them better understand themselves, develop practical mental skills, and perform with greater confidence, focus, and freedom.

Alongside this, I deliver interactive workshops within team environments, supporting athletes and coaches to build key psychological skills that translate directly into performance.
